Fisher Rowing Center

The Fisher Rowing Center is located in Hubbard Hall, home of Navy Crew. The boathouse contains five boat bays filled with Eights, Fours and Pairs. A 10 seat still-water rowing tank is located in one end of the Boathouse and a complete weight room is located on the opposite side. Located upstairs is the erg porch that contains 35 Model C Concept II ergometers. All Boathouse facilities are available for Camper use.

The still water tank provides coaches and rowers the opportunity to work on technique on a stable platform.  Coaches are able to work with rowers individually in the tank,  accelerating individual progress.

 

 


    Housing and Dining

Bancroft Hall is the largest dormitory in the world, containing over 4.8 miles of corridor. . Each room contains a private shower and sink area, desks, twin beds and a lockable locker for storage of valuables.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served family-style in the Midshipmen Dining Facility, King Hall, located inside Bancroft Hall.
